If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. **Return & Exchange Window** * Items can be returned or exchanged within **7 days** of delivery. * Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return or exchange. **Eligibility & Item Condition** To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria: * Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. * Kept in the original packaging with all attached tags and labels intact. * Accompanied by proof of purchase or order receipt. **Non-Returnable Items** * Items marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance. * Perishable, intimate, or customized products. **Exchanges** * Size, color, or replacement exchanges are available for unused items in their original condition. * Replacement items will be dispatched once the returned item passes quality verification. **Refunds** * Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. * Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5 to 7 business days. **How to Request a Return or Exchange** 1.
