Products and QR Codes

Add clear product photos, name, price, description, stock quantity, variants, and delivery details. Use the same product name buyers see in your reel, story, or post.

Each product can be shared through a direct link or QR-friendly card. Buyers can open the product page directly instead of asking repeatedly for price, availability, and ordering steps.

Orders and Payments

The order appears in your seller dashboard with buyer details, item details, quantity, payment method, notes, and delivery information. You can then verify payment if needed and update the order status.

No. Payments stay between buyer and seller. You can add instructions for wallet transfer, bank transfer, QR payment, online transfer, or COD depending on what your shop accepts.

Billing

KodKon fees are calculated from successful paid orders. Your billing section shows invoices, fee rate, fee cap, payment status, and invoice records when available.

Some access codes can include no-platform-fee trial days or trial order limits. If your code includes a benefit, it is applied during onboarding and shown in your account billing context.

Launch pricing may include no monthly fee and no setup cost, with platform fees applied only on successful paid orders based on the active pricing configured for your account.

Returns and Exchanges

Buyers verify their delivered order from Returns & exchanges and can request only the options your shop has enabled. Review each request from the Returns & exchanges section in your seller workspace.
